This website has no accounts, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own. The only thing it keeps is what you type into the chat assistant (see below).
The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not a person. When you use it, we save what you type and what it replies, along with the page you were on and the time, for up to 90 days. We use these conversations to follow up on your requests and to improve the assistant's answers. Messages are processed by our service providers: Cloudflare, for hosting and storage, and Anthropic, which provides the AI model. We don't store your IP address through the chat, and we don't sell chat conversations. Your browser keeps a temporary chat ID until you close the tab, so the conversation survives a page reload. Please don't share payment card or medical details in the chat. To ask us to delete a conversation, contact us at the address below.
The chat boxes and forms on our example sites give pre-written sample answers. They run only in your browser, and nothing you click or type in them is sent to us. The Job Hub and Marketing Desk previews may save your sample changes in your own browser's storage so they're still there when you come back. That data stays on your device; clearing your browser data removes it.
If you call, leave a voicemail or email us, we use what you send to reply and prepare a quote. Our phone line only receives calls and voicemails. We do not record calls. Voicemails are saved by our phone service, which may turn them into text. Email is handled by Google Workspace. We do not sell your information.
We keep emails, voicemails and quote requests that do not lead to a project for 1 year, then delete them. We keep signed agreements, invoices and payment records for 7 years for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where the law allows, or to show or correct what we hold, by contacting us at the address above.
This site is not directed at children.
We will update the date above when this policy changes.
